Zehnder’s ComfoAir 350 Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) will ensure fresh-filtered air and a reduction of heating/cooling loads for the recently completed Proud Green Home at Serenbe (outside Atlanta) year-round while reducing the indoor humidity level during hot, humid Southeast summers. The energy consumption and electricity bill costs will be measured over this upcoming year to gather data and show the positive effects of a high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) in a Southeast hot, humid climate.
