PDF Instructions
Some PDFs have trouble uploading. Follow these instructions to ensure your PDF is compatible with our system.
1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
2. Choose Tools > Print Production.
3. Click Preflight.
4. In the Preflight dialog box, choose PDF Standards from the Libraries drop-down list.
5. Click on the Fixups tab.
6. Expand the Document info and Metadata group and select the Remove PDF/E Information option.
7. Click Fix.
8. Click Save.
