They are mainly used for single- and two-family houses and for flats (from an air
exchange of approx. 50 m3/h upwards), but are also applied for smaller
commercial units, classrooms, nursery school facilities and old-age homes. All devices
are characterized by a high level of heat recovery, silent, energy-efficient DC-motors,
rugged controls and simple operation.
Zehnder ComfoAir 200 ventilation system
Designed for excellent efficiency and installation in smaller homes or apartments, the CA 200 can be mounted vertically or horizontally. With a maximum capacity of 125 cfm, the CA 200 has been certified at 92% efficiency by the Passive House Institute. Features include ECM motors for energy efficiency and ease of balancing, summer by-pass cooling, frost protection mode, and optional resistance pre-heater and ERV option (available February 2011). Zehnder ComfoAir 350 ventilation system
The primary residential unit for average sized homes, the CA 350 has a maximum capacity of 215 cfm. Certified by the Passive House Institute at 84% efficiency, the CA 350 features ECM motors for energy efficiency and ease of balancing, summer by-pass cooling, frost protection mode, and optional resistance pre-heater and ERV option. The choice for large residential and small commercial projects or schools, the CA 550 has a maximum capacity of 350 cfm.
